What to Expect

- Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
- Clear and reset tables when needed
- Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service
- Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
- Perform opening and closing side work
- Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory and supplies
- Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have:
- Energetic, outgoing and sincere about providing hospitality.
- Experience working in a high volume restaurant and cafe environment
- Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
- Motivated to continue learning
- Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
- Creating delicious smoothies, bowls, and juices
- Prepping our menu offerings with detail and care
- A high level interest in wellness and nutrition
PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
- Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
- Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
